Check the saved result
After a test, select the correct date, test type and luminaire. Compare the result with messages on the device card.
Use the event log
Record the time of any issue. This helps correlate a test result with events in the log.
What to include in a service request
- Control-unit software version.
- Luminaire channel and address.
- Event date and time.
- Exact message text.
- A screenshot or an available report.
Before sharing a report, check it for access credentials or confidential building information.
