Full backup to Cloud — experimental
480 × 320 display screens in the selected language. The yellow outline marks where to tap. Illustrated data is for demonstration.
Display interface
Before you start
First create and check an independent backup on USB or SD. Have the administrator PIN ready. The controller needs a working SD card with free space, Internet access, the correct date and time, and configured Cloud access. Internet access alone does not mean the Cloud service is ready. Controller access codes →
If the controller asks for a PIN
Enter your own administrator PIN and confirm with OK. The backup function is available when signed in as an administrator. If already signed in, continue to the next menu screen. Controller access codes →
On the home screen, tap MENU in the upper right. If the PIN window appears, sign in with your own administrator PIN and confirm with OK. Controller access codes →

Start saving to Cloud
In the upper Save row, tap Cloud. The controller first creates and verifies the archive on SD, then uploads it to Cloud. Do not choose the lower Restore button. If an earlier upload is pending, use Retry upload or New backup as described below.

Wait for the operation to finish
The controller prepares the backup on SD, verifies it and uploads it to Cloud. Keep the SD card and Internet connection available. Saving the intermediate SD archive does not yet confirm a Cloud backup.

Check the final confirmation
Wait for the final 100% and “Backup saved in Cloud”. A message that the SD backup was saved and verified does not by itself confirm a Cloud upload. If an error occurs, do not treat the operation as complete; keep the local copy and retry the upload.
Finish and verify
Wait for the final 100% and “Backup saved in Cloud”. A message that the SD backup was saved and verified does not by itself confirm a Cloud upload. If an error occurs, do not treat the operation as complete; keep the local copy and retry the upload.
Cloud — experimental feature. The Cloud feature is currently experimental. Functions may be incomplete, operations may stop, and saving or uploading may fail. Keep an independent, checked backup on USB or SD; Cloud should not be the only place where your backup is stored.
Before you start
First create and check an independent backup on USB or SD. Have the administrator PIN ready. The controller needs a working SD card with free space, Internet access, the correct date and time, and configured Cloud access. Internet access alone does not mean the Cloud service is ready. Controller access codes →
MENU → right arrow → Settings → right arrow three times → Backups.
In the upper Save row, choose Cloud. The operation starts when tapped; no additional disk-icon step is needed. The lower Restore row is for restoring a backup.
What a full backup contains
A full backup contains the controller settings and stored data, plus supported configuration and plan files from the SD card. It is an archive for restoring the controller, rather than only a CSV export of the luminaire list. It is neither a firmware image nor a sector-by-sector copy of the entire SD card.
Finish and verify
Wait for the final 100% and “Backup saved in Cloud”. A message that the SD backup was saved and verified does not by itself confirm a Cloud upload. If an error occurs, do not treat the operation as complete; keep the local copy and retry the upload.
If the operation fails
After a failed upload, the controller may retain the prepared archive on SD. Retry upload sends that same prepared backup again. New backup captures the current data; the controller asks for confirmation before creating a new backup instead of retrying the earlier upload. Choose whether to upload the existing archive or capture a new one.
Check Internet access, date and time, the SD card and Cloud configuration. If a message says it is waiting for free memory, finish other operations, turn off Bluetooth and retry. Keep a checked USB or SD backup.
